White Cheddar
White Cheddar Cheese is manufactured from pasteurized milk which has cultures, and rennet added to the vats. The Curds are then milled in the Cheddaring machine, salted and pressed in blocks.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk (Milk), salt, cheese cultures, enzymes.
Packaging: The product is a 40 pound approximate net weight block that is vacuum sealed in a plastic liner and boxed in a corrugated cardboard box.
Shipping & Storage: Product should be stored at 35-43°F in a clean and dry location. Product should be shipped with temperature maintained between 35-45°F.
Certifications & Approvals: Product is Kosher and Halal certified. Manufacturing facilities are EU approved.
