Salted Butter

Salted sweet cream butter is churned from pasteurized sweet cream. It is a pale yellow color with a sweet, clean flavor and a firm, smooth texture. The butter will meet the U.S. standards for Grade AA.

Ingredients: Sweet cream (Milk), salt.

Packaging: The product is packaged in 25 kg polyethylene-wrapped blocks, one block per kraft corrugated case.

Shelf Life: Seven months when stored at refrigerated conditions (32-40°F) and up to 18 months when store under cold storage conditions below 0°F. The product should be used as soon as possible after tempering above 32°F

Certifications & Approvals: Product is Kosher and Halal certified. Manufacturing facilities are EU approved.
