Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Darigold, Inc. is the marketing and processing subsidiary of Northwest Dairy Association. We are a producer cooperative proudly owned by farmers across six US states. Darigold produces a full line of dairy products for retail, food service, ingredient and specialty markets. We are one of the largest dairy processors in the US, with 12 processing plants throughout the region.

The Darigold Ingredients Division manufactures and markets our cooperative's ingredient products. We operate five manufacturing plants across Washington and Idaho and process much of the cooperative’s fluid milk. We produce a wide range of ingredient products from bulk cheese and butter to whey powders and skim powders. We also manufacture many customer specific products and pride ourselves on working with customers to meet needs. Darigold ingredients are world renowned. We have a strong International sales team focused on major markets like Mexico, SE Asia, Japan, China and the Middle East. Darigold ingredients are used by many large multinational food companies for infant formula, UHT milks, bakery, confectionary, and dairy based products.
