Sweet Dry Bleached Whey is obtained by pasteurizing, condensing, and drying the fluid whey co-product derived from cheese manufacturing. It is decolorized using a benzoyl peroxide bleaching agent. No benzoyl peroxide remains in the final product due to its conversion to benzoic acid during the decolorizing process. The powder is a uniform cream to light cream color with typical sweet, clean, neutral dairy flavor. This product is certified kosher-dairy and is halal.

Whey Protein Concentrate 34 is the spray-dried powder of Whey Protein Concentrate at 34% protein (on a dry basis) resulting from the ultrafiltration membrane processing of fresh sweet whey from production of natural cheese. The liquid whey is ultrafiltered to the desired protein level by removal of a fraction of the water, lactose, and milk minerals as permeate. The retentate, or whey protein concentrate fluid, is then pasteurized, evaporated, and spray dried to produce a light colored powder that has a bland dairy flavor. This product is certified kosher-dairy and is halal.
